What I believe

Companies rarely miss the number because their people do not care. They miss because strategy, process, and accountability never became one operating system.

About Joshua

Who Joshua is.

Real growth is not more motion. It is better decisions, made earlier, by people you built.

Joshua Teixidor finishing an IRONMAN 70.3 triathlon

Joshua Teixidor is a B2B revenue leader who builds sales organizations from the ground up and rebuilds the ones that have stalled. He has led teams spanning SDR, SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise, and built the inspection cadences, dashboards, and accountability culture underneath consistent growth.

His focus is the layer of leadership nobody writes about: managing managers, and developing the leaders who develop everyone else. That focus came from getting it wrong first. He spent years in the training industry selling development for a living, then sent his own top rep to training and watched nothing change three weeks later. The problem was not the rep. He had treated training as the finish line when it was the start line.

He is the author of the forthcoming Carry The Weight, a book on coaching, trust, and building sales teams that win. He is also an IRONMAN 70.3 finisher, which taught him the same thing leadership did. You do not rise to the occasion. You fall to your training.

More about Joshua

How Joshua works

Three things leadership can count on.

The through-line across twenty years: build the system, make the number believable, and develop the people who sustain both.

Revenue Leader

Joshua builds, leads, and scales revenue organizations across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise. He has led teams responsible for $49M+ in annual revenue, taken over underperforming orgs, and delivered growth leadership can count on quarter after quarter.

Forecast & Operating Rigor

Joshua brings the discipline executives trust: clean pipeline, accurate forecasting, and sales processes that hold up under pressure. He separates real growth signals from activity noise, so the number is believable and deal risk surfaces early enough to do something about it.

Leadership & Thought Leadership

Joshua builds the frontline managers and accountability culture that sustain performance long after the reorg. He is the author of the forthcoming Carry The Weight and speaks on revenue leadership and sales management, bringing a point of view executive teams want in the room.

How I help

Leadership that reaches the scoreboard.

I work where growth plans meet day-to-day execution. That can mean leading the team, rebuilding the system, advising the CEO, or teaching managers how to coach.

01

Fractional Revenue Leadership

Joshua steps into the gap between a growth target and the operating system required to reach it. He aligns strategy, people, process, pipeline, and accountability while building the internal leadership capacity the company will need long after the engagement.

02

GTM Assessment and Strategy

Growth problems are rarely effort problems. Joshua evaluates the market, offer, ICP, qualification, messaging, territories, and sales motion to identify what is actually breaking, then turns the findings into a focused execution plan.

03

Sales Compensation Design

Compensation should reinforce the strategy, not compete with it. Joshua designs quota and incentive plans around the real sales motion, margin goals, role expectations, and the behaviors the business needs to scale.

04

Revenue Playbooks and Operating Cadence

Strategy fails when it never becomes a weekly operating rhythm. Joshua builds practical playbooks, stage criteria, inspection cadences, CRM expectations, and accountability standards that make execution visible and repeatable.
